Photohunt: Shadows
Ok, so I was struggling with this week's theme. I had all sorts of great ideas. And Darius has just learned how to make shadow puppets - mind you they all look like bunnies or talking hands. But last night, I was fumbling through some files while searching for D's Immunization Record to take to the vaccine clinic today and I stumbled across this photo.
Doesn't he look so tiny next to that big horse?? And look at their shadows. D's so small and angular while the horse's shadow is so long and smooth. I think Darius is just under 2 yrs in this photo.
And so, there are no Shadow puppets today. Just a little boy and a gentle horse.

I'm not a horse person so I would've been nervous to have such a little one near a huge horse. I'm glad it is a gentle horse! The photo is precious!
