I won't review a product that I haven't personally tried, so don't bother sending me a press release and expect me to sing your praises. Really folks, that's just spam in my mailbox.
You probably think you have a really great product, and you probably do... but that doesn't me that it is a good fit for me, my family, my blog, or my readers. If it is a good fit then I’m happy to check it out. Email me at whosthebossblog@gmail.com

I do not accept payment for product reviews. But I do expect you to send me the product for free. I do not return products once I've reviewed it.
After I try your product, I will decide whether or not to review the product on the blog. I rarely post about products that we didn't love - there's enough negative energy in this world. I may post about your product on my main blog as its own post, in the sidebar of my main blog, incorporated into another post. My reviews are my opinions based exclusively on my experience with the product.

Sounds great. I love me a contest (and so do my readers).
Normally, a giveaway would be in conjunction with my review post. If you are not interested in a product review, then there may be an additional fee for hosting the giveaway.
Please don’t mail the prizes to me. I’ll let you know who the winners are and you can ship directly to them. You must be able to ship the prize within 2-3 weeks.
Also, I'm rarely going to make my readers jump through hoops to enter. Please don't ask me to do contests where people have to write anything, visit a web site, register at a website, or anything along those lines. If you want to have a contest like that, you're gonna have to up the ante to make it worth it for my readers.

What do I do with all the products sent to me?
Most of the time I keep the product— especially if my kid loved it. Some products I review and most products I choose not to review go to a local shelter or other charity. If your product is unsafe or tastes gross, it goes straight into the trash.
