Giveaway: HP Laptop "Skin"
UPDATED: Congrats to Stacy for winning the giveaway.
I had a boring corporate laptop until I got an awesome "skin" for my computer. Not only is it pretty, but the skin also fights scratches. Now my laptop doesn't show all the abuse I force it to endure.
One reader will get their own laptop skin in Electric Lily (the same one I have on my laptop) for free. We can be laptop BFFs!
Size: 15" laptop or larger
Estimated Value: $24.99

Y'know how I set myself apart? I've learned to say "no." People point. People stare. But it makes everything I do something I want to do.

Your "laptop BFF" comment is hilarious! If the skin was anything but a flower, I'd be interested. (Sorry, I'm a guy.) Still, I had to comment.
Where do I find my laptop BFF with a "Tool band" skin? :-)

I wanna be your laptop BFF - please pick me. How do I stand out? How do I not? Rambling on about my kids and needing a martini in the same sentence at 10 in the morning - does that count? My curly hair in a sea of straight? But my laptop is extremeley boring I must say.

I'd love to spruce up my laptop a bit with this! How awesome. And I stand out by being myself! I'm eccentric and unique and that alone makes me one of a kind!

I wear Levi's jeans (i'm trying to start a trend) 'cause they're really well made and fit well- just like moms :)

I try to let my personality show through regardless of the situation I'm in. I use humor to get people to relax and laugh and open up. It doesn't always work, some people think I'm weird, but I just try to be myself, regardless of what others think.

I have an instant head turner: I tell people I knit and spin my own yarn. They usually freak out because loads of people think that knitting was a dying art and that spinning had been dead and buried since Edison invented the light bulb. I definitely think that's how I set myself apart.

To an average person that sees me on the street and doesn't know me from marshmallows to mountains, I have to be honest I probably don't stand out. But to loved ones in my life, especially my husband and kids, I am the shining beacon (please don't misinterpret me as being cocky, just striving to be a good wife and mother)! I try to give as much of myself as possible and try daily to let each individual know how special they are and how much I love them, sometimes to the point that I neglect myself, which stems back to me probably appearing more than a little ordinary!
